I´m Itamar Glezer and I´d like to introduce myself to you:
I think that the whole society demands suitable Products and Services in terms of Quality, Cost e Availability.
The balance between such attributes came from the usage of best practices, based on good foundations, in the design and construction of IT tools and lean processes.
Having more of fifteen years of experience on IT Application Life Cycle Management, with focus on Project Management followed by related Support Services, I bring with me a register of good results coming from best practices usage. Practices that were conceptually based on PMP and ITIL OSA certifications, on a MBA in IT Management and continuous update.
From previous fifteen years worked on Industrial Operations, profiting of Mechanical Engineer degree at Escola Politecnica - Universidade de São Paulo, specialization on Industrial Operations (Fundação Vanzolini) and Managing Manufacturing (IMD in Switzerland), I also got a broad view on manufacturing related processes. Recent updates in Lean Manufacturing (KPO) and in Business Process Management (BPM).
Therefore, I can contribute in a positive way to your organization, mainly on projects or any other phase of the IT Application Life Cycle Management.
